Ask Alice a question

Start a conversation

1. Open Alice from the product navigation, or open her chat panel within Compliance+.
2. Enter a clear question and send it.
3. Wait for the response to finish.
4. Read any sources shown and ask a follow-up if you need more detail.

Include the relevant topic or record name. For example: “Explain the findings from my completed setup” or “What is the current result for our access review control?”

Continue your work

Use standalone Alice for a dedicated chat view. Use the sidebar when you want to stay on your current Compliance+ page. Opening Alice does not upload files or start setup analysis.

During an active product trial, the Free trial badge in the header shows the time remaining. Hover over it or focus it with the keyboard to see the end date.

If a response fails

Check the error and try again when service is available. A partial response is not a completed saved answer. Check conversation history before assuming a message completed.

Verify the answer

Alice can explain material and look up supported records, but her answer may be incomplete or incorrect. She does not change Controls or Risks through those lookups. Read sources and limitations before relying on an answer.
