Run and resume analysis

Start processing

After uploading your setup documents, select Run analysis. The application opens the Alice progress step when processing has been queued successfully.

Return to an unfinished setup

Open Compliance+ Overview and choose Resume setup. A saved draft returns to Documents. Queued, processing, or failed work returns to the analysis experience. Opening the page does not itself restart analysis.

If an upload or queue request fails

Saved uploads remain available. Review the message and use the offered retry action. Avoid starting another setup merely because a request timed out; return to Overview first to check the saved state.

If analysis fails

Use Retry analysis when it is offered. If the same failure continues, ask for assistance and describe the visible error without sharing sensitive document contents. Do not assume partial output is a completed result.

When analysis finishes

Review Findings and Score. Completed results can be reopened through Review Findings from Overview. See review findings and score.
