Work in the right organization

Check your workspace

Before working with records, check the organization displayed in the application. Documents, controls, risks, and Alice record lookups use the organization you are currently signed into.

Your workspace may also show an affiliated partner's name or logo. This identifies the organization's association; it does not give the partner access to your records or grant you additional product permissions. Switching organizations can change the displayed partner. Continue to use the organization name to verify where you are working.

Open another organization

Use the organization-selection experience when it is offered during sign-in. If you need to choose a different account or organization, sign out and start again from Sign in. Only organizations available to your account can be selected.

Switching organizations changes your browser session. An older tab for a different organization may no longer allow access. Reopen the intended workspace rather than changing addresses to try to bypass access checks.

If an organization is missing

Ask its administrator to confirm that your account is a member and that the organization is active. The help center remains available even when you cannot enter a workspace. See access troubleshooting.
