Reopen a conversation

Open Alice's history and select a conversation to read its completed messages or continue the discussion. History is associated with your account in the current organization. An unfinished or failed response may not appear as a completed turn.

Rename a conversation

Use the conversation's menu to start renaming. Enter a meaningful name, then press Enter or move focus away to save. Avoid putting sensitive information in conversation titles.

Remove a conversation

Use the conversation menu's delete action when you no longer want the conversation in your visible history. Check that you selected the correct conversation first.

Removing history from view does not promise immediate erasure of all retained application or AI-provider data. Ask your organization's administrator about data-retention requirements.

If a conversation is unavailable

Confirm that you are using the same account and organization. A removed or unavailable conversation cannot be opened by guessing its address. See access troubleshooting.
