Open your results

After analysis completes, follow the setup flow to Findings and Score. You can return from Overview using Review Findings when completed results are available.

Review the evidence

Read each finding and compare it with the documents used for analysis. Check the context and any proposed interpretation before deciding what action to take. Record follow-up work using your organization's established review process.

Interpret the score

Use the score to guide review and identify areas that need attention. It reflects the analysis available to the application; it is not an independent audit opinion, certification, or guarantee of compliance.

Check the comparison identified on Score: TPPPA processor CMS or industry best practices. It reflects the setup submission, even if the partner name in the current header has since changed. Partner branding does not itself change the risk-based score formula.

If results seem incomplete

Confirm that the intended documents were uploaded and the analysis completed. An old result does not automatically reflect every subsequent document edit. Ask Alice for an explanation, but verify her answer against the underlying evidence. See Alice sources and limitations.
